Payment Policy: All payments must be made in advance at the beginning of each month. No services will be provided without full payment.
Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without proper notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Commitment & Duration: The program is designed as a 6-month commitment. Clients who choose to discontinue early will not receive a refund for past months.
Cancellation Notice & Prorations: For a month to month program clients must provide notice of cancellation before the beginning of the next billing month to avoid being charged. If cancellation occurs mid-month no refund will be provided unless agreed upon by both parties. For a paid in full program refund will be for the remaining full months of the program.
Session Expiry: All coaching sessions must be used within the paid month. Unused sessions do not roll over unless previously arranged.
