Your transformation at Mabon Edge follows a phase-based structure. Each phase builds upon the last, designed to create sustainable change. While the format provides stacking 6 sessions phases, how you move through each phase is based on your life, your goals, and your readiness. No two journeys look the same.

Phase 1: Foundation (6 Sessions ~ 3 Months)

In this first phase, we focus on clarity and awareness. You’ll define your goals, explore your current habits, and begin implementing foundational strategies in nutrition, movement, sleep, and overall wellness. This is where momentum begins.

Phase 2: Transform (Foundation + 6 Sessions ~ 6 months)

With a strong foundation, we now focus on deeper transformation. You’ll apply personalized strategies, test what works, refine what doesn’t, and begin locking in consistent behaviors that align with your long-term vision.

Although the structure stacks progressively in groups of 6 sessions, how quickly or slowly you move through each phase is entirely up to you. Some clients accelerate. Others pause, revisit, or stretch a phase longer. The Mabon Edge journey is designed to adapt to your life, not the other way around.

  • South is for Sleep, the foundation of recovery, where we focus on optimizing sleep quality and circadian alignment.
