The Mabon edge Roadmap

The Mabon Edge Roadmap is a guided, multi-session coaching program created for high-achieving professionals over 50 who want to optimize health, restore energy, and build a long-term strategy for vitality and longevity.

Your journey follows a clear, phase-based structure, each stage stacking on the last to deliver sustainable progress, lasting habits, and meaningful transformation. While the framework provides six-session phases, the pace is entirely yours to set. Some clients move quickly, others pause, revisit, or extend a phase as needed.
