Mabon Edge Coaching is a guided, multi-session approach for high-achieving professionals over 50 who want to optimize health, restore energy, and build a long-term strategy that supports the life they want to live. The work follows a clear, phase-based structure that builds progressively, without chasing quick fixes.
Each phase provides direction and focus, stacking on the last to support sustainable progress and lasting habits. While the framework uses six-session phases, the pace is yours to set. Some move steadily forward, others pause, revisit, or extend a phase as needed.
